# Oliver Marlow

Oliver Marlow is an independent strategic design consultant based in London and working internationally. The practice sits between organisational strategy, real estate, and creative direction — helping clients define what matters, build alignment across teams, and carry intent through into what gets designed and built. Alongside the advisory work, Oliver writes (the Substack "What the Room Knows"), has authored two books (Codesigning Space and Spaces for Innovation), and maintains a creative practice of objects, artworks and workshops.
